yoga, yoga nidra, gong and meditation

This Saturday I offer a beautiful session for you to get closer to your truth, to your light, to your Being in Ananda Mandira. We start with 30 min of Yoga soft for all levels, then you will receive lying down Guided Meditation - Yoga Nidra. Next we are going to bathe in sounds of the gongs and the other instruments that I have to enter a very deep relaxation. The last 20 min we will to meditate in a group or sitting on the zafu or meditation chair in silence. We will end by singing a mantra all together.

 

What is it Yoga Nidra?
The technique of Nidra it is fascinating and complete, acting at all levels: psychophysical, physiological and vital and familiarizing its practitioner with unusual and / or unknown mental states that can then be used for their personal benefit.
