Quartz bowls

The quartz bowls hold the entire spectrum of light that is related to the seven chakras.

It also absorbs lower energies and returns it with a higher frequency.

Dr. Mitchel Gaynor, an oncologist and ematologist who has written the book Healing Power of Sound, says that the harmonics in quartz bowls have healing properties that cannot be compared to anything.

The sound permeates our system is harmonized with our essence so that internal chaos, conflicts and dissonances are immediately transformed into harmony.

In the center I use the quartz bowls alone or in combination with the Tibetan bowls. I always have them present in my yoga classes and in the gong baths.
