Tap into the gap

Arrive into the holidays with a strong body and a sane mind When we come to the practice we use each moment to define and refine ourselves. In this 2 hour class, we will use our time wisely to uncover the timeless. We will be using form to find the formless.
The stillness is always with us, sometimes hidden and ignored and even believed that we have lost it forever. But in the pauses, the breaks and the GAP, we reconnect with a state that is our original state: Ananda (Bliss, stillness, extreme happiness)
We will use the Yin Practice and Yoga Nidra (deep guided relaxation) in order to arrive to the holidays in a centered and balanced way in order to be useful and peaceful with ourselves and those surrounding us.
